The White House recently announced that Sean Spicer would be moving from Press Secretary to the Communications Department. “We have sought input from many people as we look to expand our communications operation. As he did in the beginning, Sean Spicer is managing both the communications and press office,” said the statement.
However, according to Steve Bannon, the reason that Sean Spicer is changing jobs, and the reason he wants to have Press Briefings with no video recordings is because Spicer “got fatter”. Bannon said this as a joke, but it infuriated Chelsea Clinton. Chelsea actually came to Spicer’s defense against Bannon.
“The White House using fat shaming to justify increased opacity. 2017” wrote Chelsea Clinton. Chelsea Clinton got explained that it was a joke, but she does not have a sense of humor. “It’s a joke people…” wrote Charlie Spiering in response.
“Oh ok. So using fat shaming to avoid answering questions about increasing opacity. Got it. 2017,” wrote Chelsea. Why does she keep mentioning that it’s 2017?
After the White House Announced that it wouldn’t have video recording in its latest Press Conference, CNN’s Jim Acosta had a hissy fit. “That’s the White House behind me….It’s bizarre. I don’t know what world we’re living in right now, Brooke, where we’re standing at the White House, and they bring us into the briefing room here at the White House and they won’t answer these questions on camera, or let us record the audio. I don’t know why everybody is going along with this,” said Acosta.
