Over the last several weeks, liberals have been dropping like flies as more sexual assault allegations are revealed to the public. It seems like every day the American people learn of another sleazy Democrat taking advantage of young women and at the same time claim that they are the champions of women’s rights. While these leftists feign shock over these horrific charges, another scandal has just broken out involving no other than House Minority leader Nancy Pelosi.
Nancy Pelosi has had a rough couple weeks, and it does not appear to be looking up for her anytime soon. For instance, just a couple weeks ago, Congressman John Conyers was accused of sexually assaulting women and paying them off to keep quiet. Of course, Pelosi jumped on the defense saying that Conyers and Senator Al Franken, another accused Democrat of sexual assault, deserved due process. Pelosi’s statement angered people on both the left and the right side of the aisle, but now those comments make sense since she is now embroiled in her own sex scandal.
Yesterday, news broke out that Nevada Rep. Ruben Kihuen was accused by one of his former campaign staff employees of sexual harassment. This claim sent shockwaves again through the Democratic camp as they try to figure out how to spin another one of their own exploiting women. However, while the allegations were a shock all in itself, Kihuen dropped another bombshell that stunned everyone.
According to Kihuen, Nancy Pelosi knew about the sexual allegations while he was running for office but still campaigned for him and dumped millions into his fund.
The former campaign staffer came forward last week claiming that Kihuen regularly propositioned her for sex and touched her inappropriately without her consent. Soon after these allegations found their way into the news cycle, Pelosi quickly came forward saying that Kihuen should resign immediately, which prompted the Congressman to step forward with his side of the story.
Here is more from Fox News:
A freshman Democratic congressman said Tuesday that House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi knew last year about sexual harassment allegations against him by a former campaign worker, but continued to campaign for him regardless.
Rep. Ruben Kihuen, D-Nev., was accused by his former campaign finance director of touching her inappropriately and pressuring her for dates and sex despite her rejections. The woman, identified only as Samantha, went public with her claims in an article published by BuzzFeed last week.
On Saturday, Pelosi said she found the woman’s claims against Kihuen convincing and called on the 37-year-old lawmaker to resign. Rep. Ben Ray Lujan, D-N.M. and the chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), also had pressed for Kihuen’s resignation, saying House members and candidates should be held to the highest standard, and anyone guilty of sexual harassment or assault should not hold elected office.
But in an interview with ABC News, Kihuen said Pelosi and Lujan knew about Samantha’s allegations last year.
“They looked into them. They didn’t find anything, and they continued investing millions of dollars in my campaign,” said Kihuen, who unseated incumbent Republican Cresent Hardy in last November’s election. “They went out there and campaigned for me.”
Representatives for Pelosi and Lujan denied Kihuen’s claims in separate statements to ABC News. The network reported that the DCCC had spent more than $3 million to help Kihuen’s campaign.
Over the weekend, Kihuen said he did not remember the incidents as described by Samantha and vowed that he would not step down.
Kihuen spoke out against Pelosi on the same day that Rep. John Conyers, D-Mich., announced that he would “retire today” amid allegations of sexual harassment by former members of his staff. Pelosi had called on Conyers to resign over the allegations.
It would be wise for these leftists to start taking ownership of their sexual deviancy and step down from their positions in office. Nancy Pelosi was well aware of the sexual assault allegations against Kihuen, but she still supported him, and that is par for the course since she tends to help sexual predators. Nancy Pelosi has also stood and supported Congressman John Conyers, Senator Al Franken, and the king of all sex crimes, Bill Clinton and his wife, the two-time failed presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton.
Until the left cleans out the sexual perverts hiding out in the Democratic party, they need to sit down and shut up about decency since they have no room to talk.
